Cancellation Policy
A minimum notice of One full working day is required for all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments*.
As appointments* are in demand, all appointments with me require a £35 (non-refundable) admin/booking fee, at the time of booking, to reserve ‘practice’ time. This is applicable for Initial Consultation and all subsequent treatment sessions.
Please always ensure that you give me at least one full working day’s notice of any appointment cancellations or changes, to avoid forfeiting your admin/booking fee for the session; appointments cancelled without one full working day’s notice are considered as having been taken.
Please be aware that cancelling your Initial Consultation means you forfeit your booking fee, even if the appointment is cancelled in good time (this does not apply to cancellations, non-attendance or changes to subsequent appointments, as long as I receive the required one full days’‚ notice).
Follow-up appointments
If a follow-up appointment is necessary, a booking fee will be payable at the time of booking the appointment, these can be made by card, cash or bank transfer*.
*Please be aware that your appointment is not confirmed until cleared funds are in my account.
NB. Continual non-attendance/cancellation may result in the withdrawal of the offer of treatment/session.
